Return & Exchange Policies
Ribotti Remake Glasses:
You have a period of 7 days from the receipt of your order to make a return or exchange.
To proceed with the return or exchange, you must send the order to our HQ (with the carrier of your choice) and, after we receive it and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund you or proceed with the exchange. For the exchange or return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, in its original packaging, as you received it.
Please include a NOTE IN THE PACKAGE: indicating whether it is a return or an exchange (which model you want) / First and last name / Order number.
If the order was shipped to Canada, please email us at ribottivintage@gmail.comwith your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the item you would like to receive in case of an exchange.
*Please remember that unless the return or exchange is due to manufacturing reasons or errors on our part, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
Clothing & Accessories:
Returns are possible for online purchases in exchange for an electronic gift card only.
If you want to exchange an item purchased online, please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the package or at the time of pickup in-store. Please indicate (or show if applicable) the reason for the return.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The electronic gift card is only valid for in-house brand products. Final sale for items on sale.
Any purchase made in-store is final sale except in the case of manufacturing defects for Ribotti Remake glasses.
