For any out-of-season item, an additional processing time of 3 business days is required for your order preparation.

Online purchases from Quebec and Ontario are processed and shipped through Canada Post. Orders outside of these provinces are handled by Chit Chats. It's highly important to provide accurate details for the delivery address; please ensure it's correctly written. An initial email will be sent to confirm your purchase, followed by a second one when the order is ready for in-store pickup or has been dispatched. Every shipped purchase comes with a tracking number.

RV is not responsible for losses and/or potential delays of products after they have been shipped to the shipping address. A delivery delay will not warrant any penalties, compensation requests, or order cancellations.
