Preparation Times
A processing time of 1 to 2 business days is generally required for the preparation of online orders before shipping.
A purchase confirmation will be sent to you via email, followed by a second message containing tracking information when your order is shipped or ready for pickup.

- Free Shipping for any order of $85 CAD and above
- $5 CAD for orders under $85
- Expedited shipping option available: + $5 CAD
International
- Free Shipping for any order of $100 CAD and above
- $10 CAD for orders to the United States and Mexico
- $18 CAD for other international destinations on orders under $100
No expedited option is offered for international orders.
Applicable customs and import fees for Ribotti glasses are included in the sale price.
Clothing & Accessories
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and volume of the order.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, DHL or any other carrier selected based on the destination and the best available service.
All shipped orders include a tracking number.
Orders of $100 CAD and above may require a signature upon delivery depending on the destination.
