Delivery & Shipping

Preparation Times

A preparation time of 1 to 2 business days is generally required for the preparation of online orders before shipping.

A purchase confirmation will be sent to you via email, followed by a second message containing tracking information when your order is shipped or ready for pickup.

Free Shipping for any order of $85 CAD and above
$5 CAD for orders under $85
Expedited shipping option available: + $5 CAD

International

Free Shipping for any order of $100 CAD and above
$10 CAD for orders to the United States and Mexico
$18 CAD for other international destinations on orders under $100

No expedited option is offered for international orders.

Applicable customs and import fees for Ribotti glasses are included in the sale price.

Clothing & Accessories

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and volume of the order.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, DHL or any other carrier selected based on the destination and the best available service.

All shipped orders include a tracking number.

Orders of $100 CAD and above may require a signature upon delivery depending on the destination.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the provided address is complete and accurate. Ribotti Vintage cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges related to an incomplete or incorrect address.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on the time of year, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Ribotti Vintage is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is handed over to the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policies

Exchanges & Returns – Ribotti Remake Glasses

We accept exchange or return requests within 14 days following receipt of your order. We invite you to inspect your glasses upon receipt and ensure they are in good condition during this period.

Eligibility conditions

To be accepted, the item must be:

unworn
in perfect condition
without scratches or signs of use
returned with its original packaging

Items showing signs of wear or damage occurring after receipt will not be accepted.

How to make a request

Please write to us at ribottivintage@gmail.com by indicating:

your full name
your order number
the model in question
whether it is a return or an exchange
in case of an exchange, the desired model

We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

manufacturing defect
error in the received item
error on our part during shipping

Quality & Inspection

All our frames are manually inspected before being packaged and shipped to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Manufacturing issue

If you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-eligible items

We do not cover:

normal wear and tear
accidental damage
misuse
scratches caused after receipt
loss or theft

Ribotti Remake Promotions

Only one promotion/discount can be applied to our sunglasses. The best available offer will be applied at checkout.

Clothing & accessories:

Returns are possible for online purchases in exchange for an electronic gift card only.

If you want to exchange an item purchased online, please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the package or at the time of pickup in-store. Please indicate (or show if applicable) the reason for the return.

The item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The electronic gift card is only valid for house brand products. Final sale for items on sale.
