A minimum of 24 hours is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you want to reschedule your session, select and pay for your new time slot and send us an email to notify us. In the event of cancellation, send us an email with the subject “cancellation of appointment”. In both cases, you will be reimbursed within the next few days if you notify us within the requested time frame.
